  1. Step

    Prepare rice, e.g., see Plain Basmati Rice

  2. Step

    Chop onions and garlic into fine cubes and cook on medium temperature in heated oil.

  3. Step

    Add tomato puree and beans to and cook for a few minutes before adding approx. 250 ml water.

  4. Step

    Add the cocoa, chocolate and spices and cook on low heat for approx. 45 minutes until the mixture becomes soft.

  5. Step

    Cut lime into quarters and Avocados into small cubes for serving.

  6. Step

    Serve rice with mole, avocado cubes and lime quarters topped with fresh coriander leaves.
