Lemon or Lime (squeezed, only juice required)

  1. Step

    Peel, trim and grate the carrots.

  2. Step

    Squeez the lemon or lime and collect juice in large bowl.

  3. Step

    Add vinegar, salt and honey and mix well until dissolved.

  4. Step

    Add oil and stir thoroughly.

  5. Step

    Add carrots, mix everything and transfer to smaller container.
