  1. Step

    Peel, trim, and grate the radish.

  2. Step

    Squeez the lemon or lime and collect juice in large bowl.

  3. Step

    Add cream (adjust the amount to your liking), salt, pepper, caraway seeds and sugar and mix well until dissolved.

  4. Step

    Finely slice the onion.

  5. Step

    Add radish, onion and parsley, and mix everything and transfer to smaller container.
