  1. Step

    Chop the onion and garlic and use a blender/food processor to make smooth paste.

    Combine with the other ingredients except the gluten flour and thoroughly mix everything.

    Add the gluten flour and make a dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

    Heat water and bring to a boil, cut the Seitan into the preferred pieces and steam them for 10 minutes.
